Please remember that the
fees are $1,000 and were due on the dates listed below:
$400 – Sunday, September 7, 2008
$300 – Sunday, October 12, 2008
$300 – Sunday, November 2, 2008
As discussed in our team meeting, it is imperative that the
fees be paid on time.
Also, for the few players who also play on a Club team,
please email Karen Tolassi the confirmation number from your on-line
registration process. If your Club did the registration, and you do not
have the number, just let Karen know that and she can get it from the District
Registrar. Also, remember that as you are already registered with USA
Hockey, you can deduct $30 from you final payment on 11/02/08.
